ExpoGuys has grown to become one of the leading players in the exhibition and related industries.  With a staff component that has many years’ experience in various fields of the MICE sectors, exhibitions and retail interiors.

This business is focused on running the most sustainable and eco-friendly operation possible.  Starting with running off solar power through our solar panel installation, to using a re-usable lightweight aluminum system in the modular construction that we use for virtually every project.

ExpoGuys works throughout South Africa and across the African Continent, having built in Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Ghana, Tanzania, Kenya, Mozambique, Rwanda and Botswana.  We have also, in co-operation with overseas contractors, served our clients internationally.

The creative design team of 9 designers, 5 in-house and 4 remotely, can produce original designs to the client’s specs, who are keeping sustainability and low carbon footprint top of mind.

With sustainability having become so important we realized that we were at an advantage as we were already using a construction system that is highly sustainable.  As already mentioned, our entire operation runs on solar panels through our comprehensive solar panel installation on the roof of our factory.  This allows us to only use the national grids supply on rare occasions. Our electrical department has now been restocked to 95% LED lighting which makes all projects more sustainable.  All electrical cabling is also re-used and recycled when it is not usable any longer.

ExpoGuys also has a vibrant and up-to-date printing department that produces high quality vinyl and fabric printing of up to 3 meters wide.  We have the latest machines and technology to produce a top-notch product with eco-friendly inks to contribute towards a sustainable future.  With our CNC cutting machine we can manufacture 3D logos, textures and all kinds of cut-out patterns.

Our flooring department has a huge selection of re-usable options.  This includes carpet tiles, laminate and vinyl flooring, as well as two different raised floor options.

For outside stands ExpoGuys have repurposed two containers into spaces that become striking structures with decks on top.  These are used for various applications, each with a different atmosphere.

On our premises we also have a greenhouse where a variety of plants are maintained for use on our stands.

WE OFFER:
SHELL SCHEME STANDS
ExpoGuys provides bulk shell scheme and package stands for organisers. At any given time, we carry
enough stock to supply over 8 000m² of shell scheme.

CUSTOM STANDS
If you can dream it, our innovative designers can create it. In addition to conventional components, we offer a European spec square profile for a sleek and sophisticated look.

ELECTRICAL
ExpoGuys is the preferred supplier, and is responsible for electrical management, at two major exhibition and function venues in Johannesburg. We keep significant stock of electrical infrastructure materials and fittings, enabling us to electrify some of the country’s largest exhibitions.
HIRING
We offer more than 3 000 modern pieces of furniture; 500m² of adjustable substructure for flooring, designed to run cables and pipes underneath; and 200 infrared heaters.

PRINTING
Our in-house print studio offers high quality vinyl printing and cutting, using eco-friendly solvents. We also provide printed fabric banners.

EXHIBITION E-MANAGEMENT
Our custom designed system provides organisers with efficient online management of exhibition services.

DESIGN STUDIO
A creative director oversees five in-house designers, using the latest design technology and software to create award winning stands. Hand-picked consulting designers are also on hand when needed.

MANUFACTURING CAPABILITY
ExpoGuys manufactures its own exhibition systems and has invested heavily in machinery to do so. This enables us to top up stock levels, as required, and deliver high quality material. We design and build exhibition stands that give you the competitive edge.
